I called them for only 1 pedicure and asked if they accept walk ins and they said they were busy at the moment but to come at 3. i get there at 2:50 and i was asked to sit and choose a color which i did. I sat there until 3:40 thats almost an HOUR. I understand if you’re a busy establishment but don’t accept me and have me waiting if you know you can’t attend to me. I just got up and left. Didn’t even offer anything to drink. Never again an complete waste of time.

This place is overrated and very popular. It was crowded and the nails came out alright but the staff is not friendly. They did not offer us any drinks or anywhere to sit while we waited for each other. When I was done they didnt meet me at the check out to pay for the nails. The manicure was good but the nails I have do not match the color I chose, 071.

I used to love this place. However, today I went in for a pedicure. I was told to get polish and go to station. 30 minutes later, no one had come to start the water, or say anything to me about the delay or any offer of how much longer I might have to wait. I was ignored!
