I just left there after getting screamed at by the nail tech. I asked her to please take the nail polish off the sides of the skin on my nails. She yelled at me for a good 2 minutes while none of the other technicians said anything. I have gotten my nails done here after 10 or so times. She got upset bc I wouldn’t let her repaint my nails (I was already there for an hour!!) instead of apologizing and taking the paint off my skin, she just yelled in my face and told me to get out. I have never been so disrespected in my entire life. Especially when you spent over $100 per visit and want to have a relaxing experience. I would give negative stars if I could

Soothing atmosphere and very clean. Solid selection of polish colors. Everyone was polite. They did the mani-pedi at the same time which was incredibly relaxing. They weren't super busy, so I'm not sure it is always like that. It was my first time going and I would definitely return.

I love this place! Everyone who works here is so kind and helpful. Good polish colors, a nice space, and very good prices for Fountain or anywhere. Very sweet ladies, meticulous in their attention to detail, and I've never left unsatisfied.

Went here with my soon to be sister in law and our experience was terrible. The lady that did our nails didn’t say a word. She bent my fingers pretty hard in directions my fingers could not bend and was very rough. Wasn’t even looking at my hands while doing my nails, she dropped an instrument on the floor and than proceeded to use it on my nails. The lady was not paying attention at all, she rubbed lotion on one hand and then told me I was done. To top it off I waited almost an hour just to pay when she was done.

Love Just Nails. Everyone was friendly, they were efficient without being rushed or sloppy, the environment was relaxing, the place was clean, and most importantly, my nails look great. I'll definitely be back in the future!!
