Negative 5 stars. Wow, so disappointed in my neighborhood salon...after years of service under previous owner, this place has gone weird. The man kept re-doing the dip that chipped in a few days. When I went back to have them re-done, I told him to shape my nails straight across same as they were, but he filed down to the nub with little pointy ovals. Initially nails looked normal after removing the polish with acetone... but then he sanded them paper thin that will take weeks for nail bed to grow out and very sensitive. Nails crumbling and hope infection doesn't develop. ...and a freaky thing with my pedicure massage, the older man kept mashing on my leg nerves inflicting pain. A foot and leg muscle massage should be relaxing! ...not a torture treatment by a sadist. I don't know what happened here but never again... shocking change in service.

If I could give blank stars I would. I went in and got a pedicure and they did great went in a second time for a full set of dip powder and it was a awful experience.. First the tech blamed me for the cotton ball being stuck to my fingers ( I'm sorry it's glue from the activator and other products from the dip powder I have no control over this) which I simple replayed I have no part on that. Second thing is I wanted to look at a color (thermochanging color) the tech told me "no" and when I asked again his reply was "it won't changing color" my reply then why is it on the thermochanging display no reply back.. Okay I let this one go but I'm sorry it's really unprofessional to go have a smoke break in the middle of the service.. Not cool! Tech came back with a strong smell of smoke. Then I got blamed again for smudging the top coat after I was told it would be done. Also they aren't even thermochanging!!! no change in the color what so ever FALSE ADVERTISMENT! or the tech missed the step of puting the activator on.. If you want dip powder don't come here if your picky about your nails I am so not coming back
