I give 4 stars to this place exclusively because of Nicky she is the best at doing my pedicure never rushed she definitely takes her time and ever since day one when I ask her to check for ingrowns I don't have to remind her to do it every time anymore. She talks to me with respect which I can't say the same about the others. Some of them don't talk to me or greet me, including Kim and Tina and the guy is the worst he is very rude. He does whatever he wants and causes if you ask him to do something like checking for ingrowns. But Nicky has always been nice to me. She makes my visit here worth it.

HORRIBLE. RUSHED. RUDE.
My nails did not all come out the same shape. I asked her to fix it, it looked better but still not the same shape. (Charged me $10 extra btw for coffin shape when I said I was fine with square). When she was fixing the shape she messed up the polish with the file, so when I asked her to fix the polish she GRABBED THE POLISH OUT OF THE TRASH (for some reason she had thrown it away) and continued using it on me. She was also very rude the whole time she was doing my nails. Sadly I don’t remember her name. When I asked for my money back (I spent over $100 there and wanted part of the money for my manicure back) they said no unless they cut off all the nails. Very sad.
Also when you have to go wash your hands it’s a DUSTY old corner RIGHT next to the bathroom.

Very dissatisfied Kim is the rudest lady and does a sloppy job when in a hurry I took my daughter in March to get her nails done they was nice took her back on April 2 for her birthday to get her nails filled and mine done and she did a very bad job on both of use she left acrylic under my Cuticles and my fingers got all infected and she cut my finger with the tool they use I never said anything to her and on April 7 I had to take my daughter back because her nail just fell off she said that young kids have oil on there nails which that was a lie because I called and other nail technicians so she redid her nail and when it was time to wash my daughter nail she took her water bottle that she was drinking out of after just getting over the flu and tried washing my daughter hand with it that’s when I blow up so yesterday my daughter nails was starting to fall off so I called her and she like I don’t know what happened and I told that’s because you did a crappy job she said what what ever and hung up on me I will never go back there again
