I came in an hour before closing, they were busy, and unfortunatley they said I could only do one, pedi or mani. They are quite popular seeing how theyre in the mall, so if you come late don't expect them to accomodate both. So I chose the pedi. Amazing job!! She was efficient, though it was "rushed" in a way, she executed it with perfection and the job done. I ended up leaving after 9pm, because they will finish the job they started but, there are places Ive been to, who take their time mid day and its still a so-so job. Wish I knew her name, I didnt ask.

Zero stars. Horrible, Terrible experience! This place should be shut down. I came in for a fill in and pedicure on Sunday. Three different people did my nails and they all rushed through the process. Leaving me with uneven nails that looked like a three year old child painted them(that I paid $60 plus tips for). I had a appointment to go to that day, so instead of showing that I was pissed and asking for my money back. Regretfully, I decided to give them another chance, I asked if I could come back on Monday, everything was fine, they said okay. I came back and told them about the situation. They all started speaking in another language very loud, as if they were arguing, one lady catches a attitude with me and ask why didn’t you fix it yesterday. I told her I had somewhere else to be that day. I already spent two and a half hours there that same day. So she tells me to sit down and as she doing my nails she’s rushing, snatching my hand, and leaving huge clumps on my nails. I ask her to fix and she yells “I’m not the one that did your nails yesterday”. I told her I understand she’s not the one that did my nails, but your doing them now and all I’m asking you to do is fix the polish of the nail, that she clearly just messed up! She starts yelling at me to get up and sit underneath the nail dryer and telling me not to mess up my nails again( when I never messed them up in the first place). Finally another lady comes over to fix the problem that was simple and easy. This was very uncalled for. Will not return!! Their work and attitudes are trash! They want the money they don’t deserve and it’s obvious. Also, these people are very shady to all the customers that stops by, it’s sad.

There wasn’t anything professional about this place. I have all crooked nails with polish stuck to the side of my skin. The pumice stone was placed on the floor. They could’ve at least put a towel down or something! That’s just gross and unsanitary! My pedicure literally lasted no more than 10 minutes. Very disappointed I wasted my money here.

The business has no professionalism, I was told I would receive my full fill in and toe gel change service and after the lady finish my feet I was told I couldn't get my nails done due to them being busy. I ended up walking out with blue toes and nothing done to my finger nails smh. Also they are quick to call the police on black females if black customers aren't pleased with their service. I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone , they are unprofessional, rude, unorganized, and racist.
