When you go in,"No One" greets you. Your standing there for about 5mins before someone speaks to you. Then they will tell you to wait in there sitting area & that's it. I sat for 20/25mins w/o anyone saying a thing to me & they only had 2 customers getting a pedicure. Someone who I guess worked there,just walked back & forth on there phone.I finally just decided to leave w/o getting any services done. Poor service & I won't be going back..

Customer Service friendly, neat & clean. Always make me feel welcomed when entering!! Exceptional service, satisfied every time I get out of my seat.

The wait is entirely too long with only 2 people working there. They should schedule appointments instead of having people walk in and have to wait for hours. They don't work their customers in with each other. They are done one at a time. I waited an hour and a half and ended up leaving with nothing done to nails or toes with one person still ahead of me.
