Never in your life go to this salon (if you can call it that). I've never EVER in my life had a worse experience with anyone in customer service, and I didn't have any services done. I've been doing the same thing with my hair for over 15 years now, so it's not like I'm a newbie. First, the woman (SARA) told me she would have to strip my hair to dye it a black cherry color bc my hair had a faded red hue. For those of you who don't know, that is the dumbest statement out of a hairdressers mouth in the history of the profession. The color would have covered everything and did when I had it done down the street an hour later. She proceeded to pick another color as if I had no choice in the matter. (This won't be the first time she does this before I leave). At this point I moved on to the haircut. A very simple one. Angled only in the front from the cheekbone down to frame my face (a layer) She said she COULDN'T do that and told me I was going to get bangs instead and start angling much further down. (I take back what I said before about the dye being the dumbest statement, this one tops it) THE AUDACITY OF THIS WOMAN WAS ASTOUNDING! She kept arguing with me until I plainly said "are you going to do what I asked, or do you not want my business?" The woman continued to argue (with herself bc at this point I was shocked into silence and was no longer listening) She then said, "no". The way she said it was ridiculous. It was as if she and I were in the opposite roles with her playing the victim. Like she had been lied to harassed and argued with. I thanked her rudely and left. All of this leads me to believe she has minimal experience and I wonder about her license. It's quite possible this woman was the owner. PLEASE save yourself the insult and the headache and don't bother giving this place a second thought.

Sara is just wonderful! She took her time giving me a haircut, and was just a sweetheart the entire time. Will definitely be going back. Also, what other haircut salon is open after 6 or 7? This place wins in my book!

Sara has been cutting my hair for over 20 years. She has always done a fantastic job, and I consistently get compliments on her handiwork!
