Please be advised this place is cash only!!! It was my first time there and I didn’t know that. My basic pedicure without polish came to $25, my usual place charges $18 and I usually leave a $5 tip so I only had $23 on me. I pulled out my card and that’s when I found out they were cash only. I was able to find three more dollars (I don’t usually carry cash) but I had to purchase something from the nearby Walgreens in order to get cash back so I could leave a tip 😐. The young woman who worked on me did a decent job. She wasn’t chatty which I liked but I didn’t get a foot massage and she didn’t apply any moisturizer. I must say it was 30 minutes before closing however I did call before I went in. The place looked fairly clean but they didn’t use the disposable tub liners. I had an okay experience, I’d probably go back for a basic pedicure.

Horrible waited for an hour and half when they said 10 mnts, i kept asking they will continue to say ten mnts 15 more got up and left! Never again very rude! Horrible service so unprofessional

Great nail service! I realized this after going to a new nail spot that was open amidst of the pandemic. My nails did not last after going to this this new place in the same area. After 8 days, my nails were already chipping. I am happy to return to Pro Nail now that I know they have re-opened.

some employees are respectful , others are not. I came here for a pedicure and manicure, the person who did my manicure was alright. However, the person who did my pedicure cut my toenails down too short despite the fact that I instructed him specifically on how to do it. I got annoyed and eventually someone else, who was way better at listening, fixed them as best they could. Nonetheless, they don’t engage in conversation with their customers. Definitely one of the worst nail salons I’ve been to in terms of the social aspect. Prices are fair and salon is well developed. I just wish they were more customer friendly. Will I be coming back here again? Most likely not ✌🏾.
