Love this place, it’s the only place I will go to get my nails done. My mom Lois and I have been coming here forever. It is clean, professional, and the quality is amazing. You can always recommend Wendy, Lisa, Anna, and Miley.

Xo nails is definitely the best nail salon in the area Nicky is so talented and does amazing work. Everyone is so nice and professional and great at what they do. Nicky never fails to do amazing nails on me and make me feel so welcomed in conversation.

After being a long time client of Nicky at XO nails I will NEVER step foot at XO nails again. Nicky is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. She had the nerve to threaten canceling my future appointments because I switch a few dates around because they make you schedule in advance and things happen. I have spent more than hundreds of dollars at XO Nails, always make sure to leave Nicky a generous tip & have sent referrals to her and her husband Robin. I have my wedding scheduled to have my nails done as well as my bridesmaids. I have also had people buy gift cards to XO nails and given them SO much business. I’m disgusted by the level of unprofessionalism and disrespect nicky had the nerve to treat me with. This is not the only incident she’s had issues with loyal clients in the past including another family member of mine. She has a lot of nerve and should be thankful I travel over an hour to get my nails done by her. I’m disgusted and so beyond disappointed by her actions and I do not recommend going there. She does a good job, but she is extremely rude and doesn’t know how to treat people.

Love this place !! Robin and Nikki are the best !! I don’t think my nails have EVER looked this good ! Looking forward for my next appointment !

So disappointed with this place. Went to go get my nails done by robin or Nicky don’t know which one did it but I loved how they came out despite the fact that I sent them a picture of exactly what I wanted for my set & when I got there they didn’t have the stickers I had clearly sent them a picture of, didn’t make a big deal because I drove far to get there and wanted them done so I compromised. Three days later my nail breaks and I ask if they can fix it & they say yes. I live 30 minutes away so for one of my nails to break after paying $100 for them is annoying within itself. I go to get them fixed and he tries charging me $8 for it to be fixed... sorry but I don’t think that’s right. I explain that I just paid all this money to get them done and I don’t think I should have to pay for this nail to be fixed. He then yells out loud & says “you’re good GET OUT OF HERE” infront of everyone. So unprofessional. I have never had to pay for a broken nail ESPECIALLY after having them done for THREE days before one breaks. What a joke. Never going back to this place again.
