Had a pleasant experience today. My pedicure was top rated done by tech My.? She was very patient & gave one of best pedicures I have ever had Michelle did my nexgen nails wonderful experience. She was efficient & competent I have been having my nails done for more year than 18 years. I just moved to the area & was worried about where to get my nails done. No more worries I will be getting them done at ABC

Just wanted to edit a post from 3 months ago from 5 stars to 3 stars. This place is now under new ownership and I am not happy. They used to have great service and now it's sub par at best. Longer waits and worse service - not happy at all!
Love this place, been coming here for 2 years because it's close to work and my apartment. They do a great job, they know what I want when I come in (mani, pedi, wax and usually a massage) and I'm in and out in an hour or so depending on if I get a massage.

This place gets two stars for me because as far as sanitation they use the same scrub pads on everybody's feet which I don't really agree with because the other place that I go to uses a different scrub pad on each person's foot and then they throw it away. Also they don't really scrub all of the dead skin off the bottom of my feet it's widely scrubbed even when I say scrub harder it's just slightly scrubbed also I got a chair massage it's $10 for 10 minutes I wanted to purchase 20 minutes and I only got the massage for like 12 minutes and they still charged me $20 so watch out for that other than that they're pretty nice and good at what they do

Great Attention to detail, excellent service! Staff’s English can be limited which is a challenge, but Charlie, who did my nails, did a superb job and was very careful to meet my requests and preferences. Very impressed by his work! Staff were friendly too.

Overall I like coming here because it is close to my apartment. I like getting the nex-gen nails and they always do a pretty good job, lots of color selections too. Pedicures are hit or miss, usually I enjoy it but every once and a while I feel like I could have got a better one somewhere else. Definitely need to make an appointment, sometimes when I have an appointment I still have to wait. It's usually not a big deal, but one time I was waiting for 45 minutes (with an appointment) and missed something I had going on later that day.
