I walked in on Saturday morning to get a pedicure. As I approached the counter to tell the receptionist what I wanted I was received with a cold stare as if I wasn't welcomed. She then proceeded to ask me what I wanted so I responded the same way I was asked in a cold manner. The only good thing was the young lady who gave me my pedicure. She was nice, warm and friendly and gave amazing service. I will not return there due to the bad customer service management should really consider changing the receptionist her attitude will push away customers.

The lady that does my manicure and pedicure is phenomenal, they do such a great job. However, the customer service in general is terrible.
The owner is very rude and lacks customer service etiquette. I know two individuals who even had arguments with him because he was very rude and disrespectful.
The waits are terribly long and they don’t take appointments Thurs - Sun. When you walk in they treat you as if you were asking for a free service when you are paying for it.

Went for a full set and pedicure. Nail shapes were uneven and nail polish was put on unevenly and patchy. Also cut my cuticles until they bled even after I asked them to be gentle. Pedicure was fine. Overall mediocre job.

I've always been a nail salon hopper but for the last 5 years I have refused to go anywhere else. All the technicians are clean, percise, and sociable. It gets extremely busy and during the summer the wait time can be a bit long but, its because the technicians make sure you leave there with beautiful nails and that you feel special. They have the best gel collection and great quality material.

Love this place! Super clean and professional. They even offer you wine with your pedi. The only reason I don't give this place 5 stars is because they only take appointments for 2 days out of the week, and the rest is walk-ins. You will more than likely be in there for over 2 hours, so bring your quarters for the meter!
