My first time visiting here with full set gel and gel pedicure. I must say I am overly impressed with the entire experience. The fragrance in the place smells nice. Great music and very hospitable. Overall a great experience!!

I went here to remove my acrylic nails and the man (this was not Andrew, I got acrylics nails done by Andrew and he was super nice) started chipping and pulling away at the bed of the nails near my cuticles with a nail cutter because they seemed like they were in a rush - this is not the proper way remove acrylics as they are hardened and will cause a lot of pain if you try to pry and literally peel them off (they didn’t seem to have any other waiting clients, just not interested in helping me.) When I complained that I was in pain as he was pulling, the man started yelling at me, in an extremely rude tone telling me to leave. A lady then took over for him and started using a tool and a solution to dip them in, which was the proper way to file and remove the acrylics. He was then clearly talking about us to the others and threw something. I asked to speak to the owner and he came back in an extremely confrontational manner to my station and angrily proclaimed that he was the owner. (From the reaction of the other girls working there, it seemed as though he was lying.) They created a very hostile environment for what should have been a simple, seamless experience. Another person at a different station even commented on the uncomfortable situation. I would never recommend anyone to go here as they are unprofessional and frighteningly rude. I would never give them my business again.

Walked in to their facility for the first time and was warmly greeted. They were friendly and very intitiative. They did a wonderful job on my hands and feet. I've driven past this establishment all the time looking for a place to do great service and didn't know they were over there. I wished knew sooner. No problem I know now and will indeed be back.

The tech who did my pedicure took the time to do a thorough and careful job. I like going to ProNails!

The service was excellent I definitely recommend them to anyone. The way she did my pedicure was great, removed ingrowing nails and callus. Pedicure/Manicure Combo at great price, best in the area. Definitely coming back.
