After reading some reviews I was a little concerned but this place looked awesome and I had to give it a shot. When you first walk in the place is huge, very clean, and professional looking. I got a gel manicure from Thai and he did an AWESOME job - I will definately be requesting him next time I go back! I only got a manicure this time, but plan to get a pedicure next time and will update my review then as well.

Rose Nails is the newest store in the plaza, in Barberton, where they're located. I did read the reviews before going in, some did not seem favorable for me. However, curiosity won and I became a walk-in client this morning. I have to say, I was extremely impressed with this nail salon. From the way I was dressed, I did not think I would get a kind greeting but I did. Thank you Rose Nails for that.
The floor lay out, decor, lighting, and the overall feel was wonderful. The equipment was clean, and I did see proper sanitization of some utensils. To me, this salon is very clean and sanitary overall. The furniture is pretty fancy and relaxing. I was so comfortable I fell asleep on and off, during my services. The best part was the older woman who professionally serviced me. She was gentle and knew what she was doing. As I have been a student at a beauty school, I can say she didn't skip a beat. There was one moment, at check out, where I became a tad bit confused as to how she wanted me to pay. I preferred to use my bank card and I think she wanted me to use the ATM for cash payment (there is an ATM inside the salon). I did insist on using my bank card, and I believe a manager has to run the card payments. She called for him, he came quickly, and there was no issue. Overall, I had a great experience. It was actually better than any other nail salon I have been to. A+

Had my nails my daughter in laws nails and my toes done prices were great i believe the man that did my nails was Henry and I never had a full set put on so fast ever. Id I didn't have my toes done and daughfer didn't get hers nails done i would if been out the door in about 35 min. Didnt get the name id man who did my toes but he was awesome as well it has been yrs since a pedi so he had his work cut out for him lol!!! Thanks again guys and by the way the place is BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!

The first experience with this place was pleasant except that the tech didn’t put the acrylics down far enough and u could still see my nail at the bottom because of that they were coming up from the bottoms . I had to go back exactly a week later and have them done they were so grown out . The second time with a different tech was much better he did a beautiful job that will last hopefully for 2 weeks .

Had a great experience today. Thia did my ped-med, he was very nice and did a great job. Noticed all other techs where just as gracious.
