I had an appointment at 4:00 and I got there a few minutes early. I started checking myself in and a young blond receptionist approached me and I told her I had an appointment and she said I didn't need to check myself in. I cancelled what I was doing and just stood there. A couple other people came in and they checked themselves in like I tried to do. Finally a gentlemen approached and asked if I had an appointment and if I checked myself in. I replied that she told me not to. I checked myself in again and she told me where to sit and wait. It's now 4:45 and I'm still waiting. I approach the female again to find out how much longer. She had to ask someone else and they said a few more minutes. Finally it's my turn and they told me which chair to sit in. Another wait. She is working on several women at one time. I explained what happened and she said not many of them can do acrylics. They knew what I was coming for because I was asked when I made my appointment. I finally finished and left about 5:55.
This was my first time here and I will probably not be back. My first impression of this business was not favorable but it's definitely memorable. My last name is not Baker anymore.

I was on time to my appointment but for some reason i was ignored for half an hour. So I left. This was my second visit. My first visit was two months ago. That went well and the woman helping me said her name was Vivian. So I scheduled an appointment with her for today. Too bad. I could have been a loyal customer.

Pedicures are supposed to be relaxing. Clearly the woman doing mine was not wanting to do it. She was very rough and rushed through the entire process. A woman who was seated before me with a different girl doing her feet, was still there getting hers done when I left, that’s how fast it went. My first time here and last.

My tech did my nails and was meticulous about everything from cleaning the cuticles to making sure each French tip was even. Nails look natural which I was going for. Will definitely come back!

Josh was the one that did my nails and oh man, what a pleasure! He was funny sweet and did an amazing job on my nails. He doesn't just move to one customer and forget about the other. He involves all of his customers in to one conversation. Serious talent on this shop.. Everyone there was hard working and constantly moving but still smiling and taking time on each detail..but not making everyone wait forever!. I will be back !!
