Anne is awesome. She's professional, knowledgeable, and always knows exactly what to do with my teenage daughter's hair and mine!! Don't hesitate to book am appointment with her!!!!!

I went and scheduled appointment at 12pm for 3pm, so i waited around the mall for 3 hours, watching Sing of all movies. I showed up 15 minutes early and was told they couldn't get me until 5 due to a double booking. When i made my appointment another hairstylist made an appointment for the same time at 3pm for the same hairstylist so now I'm wondering was that appointment honored and not mine. The employee who scheduled my appointment told the girl that she had already scheduled me and she shrugged. So I just said cancel my appointment. When I walked out I heard my hairstylist laughing, looked back in and she walking to the back makes you wonder. Bad customer service, she said she tried to call me, but again I was in a movie. Won't visit Regis again period, too much competition out there. Giving a one star just to post this. The employees were courteous through the scheduling and providing phone number.

Where do I begin.....smh I brought my son in for a hair cut. Before I even let them touch his head I asked if they had experience doing kids hair. The lady said yes that she did little boys hair all the time. She started cutting mh son hair and seemed nice enough. But her work was so off she kept asking me alotnof questions and I started to panic she went to like up my son hair and gave completely ruined the natural shape of his hair line. I immediately stopped her from finishing. Their fix was giving me a $3 discount. I am sooooo pissed 😡. Now I have to find a real professional and pay them to fix her mistake. I wish I could give them 000 stars
