I have been going to Angel Nail in Grand Rapids for years. Very friendly and accommodating! The owner and all staff are great. Very knowledgeable and creative and know nails.

Absolutely would recommend this salon to anyone looking to get their nails done in the Grand Rapids area. My sister and I were trying to surprise my mom for her 60th birthday with a pedicure. We both live out of town so we were trying to plan it via phone. Swan was very accommodating to make sure the 3 of us could get our pedicures at the same time. They were busy the entire time with is and other clients, however we never felt neglected or rushed. The massage chairs are amazing and we got to just sit and relax after our pedicure as our nails dried. Plus my mom required a little extra attention to her nails and options for treatment were given graciously. It was a wonderful experience and I can't wait to go back again next time I am in town! Polish is still holding strong 2 weeks later!

Just called to make an appointment the man who answered the phone was very snotty. When I asked how long pedicures typically last he said "I can't even give you an estimated time! It's different from person to person ok?!" I said "uhhh ok...?" Was trying to book 3 appointments together and he said that was weird and confusing. I told him I didn't feel comfortable booking with them because of the way he was treating me. I'm in customer service and would NEVER make someone feel stupid for asking questions. They should be there to help!

Not impressed. I walked in and no one greeted me. When someone finally did day something, I politely asked if they had room for a walk in. The response was a very snotty "no. It's prom season". Excuse me for not having kids and not realizing it's prom season. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Amazing service, excellent price, and caring staff. They go the extra mile to ensure great results. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
