I wish I could give 0 stars. The lady was rude to me. She was aggressive with the nails and hurt my thumb. I still gave her a $5 tip and she thought I was giving her $12. For that kind of work?! I don’t think so. Never coming here again. Was NOT worth $30.

My first time there, as part of a wedding party doing mani/pedis.
It was busy; but that's to be expected with CV19 restrictions lifted.
Staff was nice, used CV19 protocol, shop was clean - prices fair! Make an appointment just in case!!

I called and they scheduled my manicure fill for 5:00pm. I waited for 40min until someone could help me. The manicurist was shaking and it was super fast. The place was dirty and without any hygiene. They did the fill on Thursday 06/03 it didn’t last 5 days to be destroyed. $50 thrown in the trash. So disappointed

I’ve been here 3 times already. I didn’t do manicure there, because I wasn’t sure if they sanitize everything. I ask just for dip powder. Fist two times girl did everything fast and tried to do her best, despite the fact that she did not speak English well. It was fast, good coverage, I even did an extension and it stayed for more that 3 weeks in good condition.
Today my nails were done by another manicurist. On the begging she looked pleasant, but she was really rough with my hands. When she was polishing dip powder, she cut my skin with nail drill. I said that it hurts, but the next fingers were treated the same way. and the blood began to come out. You can see the photos. I didn’t do manicure, but I have a lot of cuts!

Everyone was so very warm and welcoming. Kim (owner) made me feel like she’s known me for years - so hospitable! Linh (manicurist) was PHENOMENAL! She did a full acrylic set and made my once short and damaged nails look beautiful ... I felt like I was looking at someone else’s hands. She took her time and did everything with such great detail. What a wonderful gem of a place! Thank you!! ~Deb
