An amazing salon! Lily and her team do the best job I have ever seen, even with regular nail polish. I am notorious for ruining my nail polish after an hour and no matter how hard I tried, the polish did not chip for a week! When I did my acrylics, I never broke a single one -- not even during a severe work week. Great job!

The best nail salon around. Appointment times are kept, in and out in a timely manner. Very professional and great work.

Horrible customer service. I was told it would be a 20 minute wait for a gel full set. Sure, that’s fine. I sat there waiting for 45 minutes. Then, the woman who did my nails did a half-ass job. My nails were crooked and very short. In addition to that, I was charged $15 more than I usually pay. I didn’t have time that day to get them fixed, as I had now been there for over an hour and a half. I called later and was told they would redo them today. So, I went in and all the woman did was file them into a different shape and basically explain away the cost and how I was wrong, refusing to give me a refund. According to her I was charged the regular amount of $37, but unknownst to me, I was in addition charged $10 for shellac and $5 for the shape I wanted. These people really like to pull a fast one on you and have hidden fees that are not posted on their pricing board. You only find out the cost after it is finished and there is nothing you can do but pay for it. I will not be returning to this salon.

Nice, quick and clean place. I've got to get a pedicure when I don't feel like doing it myself. The pedicure was nice and cost effective, I walked in. 25 dollars for one and 15 mor for a regular manicure.

I wouldn’t go back. I just wanted for an American manicure and they had no idea what that was. I asked for a natural look. My nails now look like a kindergartner did them. She insisted I get gel instead of acrylic, now my nails are full of bubbles. The white tips are not even, the length of a few of my nails are not even either! During all of this I watched an incredibly rude interaction with an African American girl. To me, the employees are racist and unprofessional. I could not believe the lack of professionalism this place demonstrates. Honestly, go somewhere else.
