So I get a manicure and gel nail polish that totals $25. Next day gel nail polish is lifting on two of my nails. Weird right? Gel nail polish is supposed to last at least two weeks this didn't even last a day. So I go in today to have her fix it, she pulled off the gel nail polish with no problem, she didnt even use acetone to take it off (cheap products). So she fixes it, as I'm sitting there having her fix my nails, in the station next to me I see a cockroach crawling all over the station, eww gross. I can't wait to hurry and get out of there. Finally she's done walks away and says, "your done" that was at 11:30 a.m. It's now 7:30 p.m. same day and the gel nail polish is lifting on another nail and came off without using acetone. Do not go here, to get your nails done, disgusting and bad customer service. Apparently I can't post this with giving at least giving a one star but I'm so pissed I wish I could post with no stars because I'm very disappointed.

DO NOT GO HERE. never had my nails break so fast. 4 NAILS WITHIN 3DAYS. The lady had a green stone necklace when i went in there. And she was RUDE af and yelled at me when i moved my finger so she had to repaint my nail. She hurt 2 of my fingers in the process so obviously she was in a hurry.then they tell me wait 15mins for then to dry i waited 25mins they didnt dry. Then the next day one nail breaks. I go bak and ask them to fix it the guy laughs askes me what i hit because typing on a computer doesnt do that. Ok first of all hell no ive had my nails done before and didnt do anything new still have the same dam job so for them to break by the next day..SHE DIDNT DO HER JOB RIGHT. There insulting and rude.ill never go back.

I've come here quite a few times over the past like 8 years, since I've lived in the neighborhood and always tell myself never again, but I found myself coming back today. However, not by choice, because I had gotten a gift certificate as a going away gift from my job, I wasn't necessarily excited, but the gift certificate was for $25, the third tiered pedicure out of 5 I think. I went ahead and asked for an upgrade because it was only going to be $5.00 extra for me, in addition to their 95 cent credit/debit card fee! I'm familiar with the woman who was doing my pedicure, and she was nice but the entire time it felt so rushed, she spent no time on my feet at all, and skipped the paraffin dip (I even asked about it after and she said she did the 'hot stone' massage instead, well the stones were lukewarm, and not hot at all..) She quickly went through all the motions, and even faster when two clients had shown up and most of my toe nails are uneven, and I had to ask three times for her to go and clean up excess paint or to repaint nails that hadn't been gone over again. The entire deluxe or whatever pedicure I got lasted under an hour, maybe 30 minutes?? I'm just so disappointed in the fact it was really supposed to a nice gift, and a way to relax from my old co workers and the entire time it felt the complete opposite. This finally does it for me..Please do not spend your money here unless you want people who are not concerned with customer service.

During busy times, they won't turn you away... They'll just assign multiple people to do work on you..problem being not all are licensed. Work quality is fair when done by owner, but poor when fine by others.

So nice. They took me in last minute on a friday for a much meeded pedicure. The man was so friendly and chatty. :)
