Got my eyebrows waxed for the very first time here. Technician did a fantastic job, and was super friendly! I regret not trying this sooner. If I could give 6 stars I would! Thank you Savannah!

i'm an out-of-towner so I was really nervous. I should have spared myself the stress. The colorist did a great job matching my current color. Plus, the folks were really nice and professional!

My sister and I came up from Texas for our cousin's wedding. Hot Locks fit us in for a few up do's. Carol was so welcoming and Kerrianne did our hair and knocked it out of the park. What a great experience

I'm terrible at making appointments for myself, so I really love that I could go on line and get a complicated foil and a badly needed cut that week. Dawn was wonderful with my long hair, and Ariel cut it perfectly, even taking time with the blowout to make me look amazing
