The owner/manager is looney! I called, mentioned I had a groupon on the phone, and after my service she did not want to honor my groupon. I was very uncomfortable with the way she handled it (super loud and confrontational). Avoid this place if you have a groupon - if you don't it's too out of the way (I figure that's probably why they blow out groupons)

Horrible! I called because I saw a groupon promotion of theirs and had a question. Who ever picked up the phone just said “yes we have, you come here, pay, bye” and hanged up the phone, not even answering any other question I had in mind. I called again, same person answered. I asked for a mangager (not to snitch but simply because I thought maybe they would care more about their customers and wouldn’t hang up) & she said to me “she’s not here” and hanged up. I was never rude, I was nice; but that was just horrible! Never been there; and it will stay that way.

Today, I decided to get my nails done for an upcoming wedding. I saw a $42 groupon for shellac manicure and pedi at Serenity Nails and Spa and decided to buy it. I called on my lunch break to set an appointment and reserved an appointment through groupon's online reservation system. I showed up at my appointment time. There was a white customer in front of me with her kid using the same coupon. The staff (presumably the owner or manager) situated the white customer and her daughter in a chair with no further questions. Being that I was next, I mentioned that I have the same groupon as the previous customer. The same staff asks to see my coupon and enters my coupon to redeem it; then asks me to pick a color. I start to explain that I had a picture of the color I wanted. It was a mauve color on an acrylic nail. She explains that itll be an extra $30, on top my $42 groupon, to get these nails. Knowing $72 is an inflated price for a set of nails, I decline the service and ask to refund my groupon/money. The staff tries to explain that I need to call groupon to receive a refund. While I'm explaining to her that I cannot cancel an already redeemed groupon, another white customer starts to check out and I notice that AFTER they have received the service she redeemed thier groupon. I brought to her attention that she redeemed my coupon before I received any services, and I was the only person in the shop she asked to see the groupon. I asked why did she redeem my coupon as soon as I walked through the door. She said it was because they had scheduled an appointment. I countered with the fact that I also had an appointment that I reserved through both options. And, she didnt even get my name before asking for my groupon. She wouldn't know if I had an appointment or not. She continues to insist I need to call groupon to receive a refund. I asked her to use the app she used to redeem my coupon to re-issue it, so I could indeed cancel it. She refused. As I'm trying to figure out how to get a refund, another white customer walks in and she stops helping me to start helping that customer. I state that I'm not okay being put aside, as I have been there for 23 minutes trying to get my refund. The staff continue to help the customer and did not even ask for her groupon, let alone redeem it. I brought it to the staff attention again. Why did you treat me so differently than all the other customers. The customers getting thier nails done are speaking up saying they did not treat them this way. The customer that just walked in is going to sit in a chair without her groupon being redeemed or any hassle. At this point, it's obvious I'm being discriminated against. I'm angry and loud about getting my refund now. The lady starts to shush (shhhh!) me. I warn her against shushing me, and address the evident racism. She finally offers my refund in cash, and I jerked the money out her hand. She replied, ahh calm down, as I walked out the shop.

My husband and I went in for a mani-pedi, I asked for water to drink. They laughed and brought us cups of water! Mani-pedi was okay but we will not go back to this location, nail techs were very unprofessional!
