I called ahead, they said there was a 30 min wait. I got there a few minutes early and waited for well over an hour. Finally got my pedicure (that was done well). Once that was done I had to wait at least another half an hour to get a set. The lady didn’t check the lengths, she didn’t file the nails straight... after spending 4 hours there I finally got to leave and re-filed my nails in the car. They do a half decent job, just be prepared to wait a while. Their regulars that came in with appointments seemed to know the drill and were fine with listening to music and taking naps while they waited.

I have never had a bad experience here. Today my nails and pedi was done by wendy. The service was exceptional and my nails are the bomb! It's safe to say I'll be a regular!

The people are friendly, some speak better English than others. Great massage chairs.

This is by far the worst place I’ve ever been ‼️‼️me and my guy came here for a service and they treated us like criminals ! I got a pedi and my eyebrows done! They lady who did my eyebrows DID NOT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOING! She went over everything ONCE and thought she was finished, she handed me the mirror and I pointed out the things I needed fixed , she rolled her eyes and started plucking , I looked AGAIN and it was still hair in the exact spot I pointed out so she handed me the tweezers and said you do ! From that point I should’ve left but this one was the closest! So my guy was getting a manicure and he was seated when “I” finished my eyebrows.. and I was instructed to the pedi chair, , my feet haven’t soaked for a minute before he started working on them which I thought was odd but w/e when my guy was finished “the first time” I told him let me see and I saw they didn’t clean his cuticles nor did they shape them right , so I told him to tell them to fix those areas (he didn’t know but I do ) those things should’ve been done already since these are professionals!! I paid them their $45 ,, once I finished with my pedi and was drying I was able to really look at his nails and they were trash!!! So once I was finished drying I asked 3 workers to fixed this issue and they said
We did that an hour ago we’re done with you ... we never left and came back and the lady who did it was free ! They kept saying we’re not fixing so I’m like ok whatever because we had to get going because it was his BIRTHDAY! We were waiting for our ride and I was in the process of writing a review , 2 cops walk in the door 🤦🏽♀️ at that moment I’m pissed because we never yelled at them nor cursed no nothing! They never asked us to leave they just called the cops ! With this new trend going around with folks calling the police on black people this was that !!! All I wanted them to do was fix his manicure that was already paid for but instead we got the cops called on us on his birthday!
