I went in for a simple fill but the "nail tech" left my NAIL and fingers bleeding from his drill tool. He DRILLED my nail after i told him it hurt and i was bleeding he told me to wash my hands for the bleeding to stop which it didnt it burned even more. So now my fingers are on fire and i have a cut in my nail . . .

It was a complete disaster, i hated my nails, she made them in a duck form when i had ask for squaovals, when i asked her to fixed them, she gave me this ridiculous excuse that she can't do much about it cuz that was how my actual nail ... Calling my nails deform... She was very rude to me, she was speeding the nail process, she was very unclean, very unorganized, with bad attention because there was a lot of clients coming in, completely unprofessional. Im never going there again.

I wanted a staletto cut nail instead she gave me almond cute and she did the polish so messy
