When in for a pedicure, seemed like I may have had someone new. But their customer service was great, they came over fixed the color, it looked 100x better after and I didn’t even have to ask! Thank you for caring about your service!! I left a happy customer and your professionalism and attention didn’t go unnoticed! Thanks again.

Treated a friend to a girls' day out. Made reservations for noontime but told the woman several times that we wouldn't be able to get there before 1215 pm. Got a call at noon asking where were; again explained that we were on our way and would arrive just before 12:15. Got there at 12:12pm. Water was cold! We each had mani-pedi. Pedicure chairs are new and nice, but don't comfortably accommodate anyone taller than 5'5". Legs felt super cramped. I assume the owner/manager was working on me because she repeatedly got up to answer the phone, talk to other employees, or do something out back. During my manicure, this was a bit obnoxious. I sat with my fingers in cold water for over 20 minutes. She seemed to lose track of where we were in the process, multiple times, which also felt rushed and half hearted. Despite my rushed manicure, my friend still had to wait an extra 30 minutes for me to be done. The toe nails look good, but manicure didn't even last 4 days! I would give this place 3-stars, except my friend seemed to have a good experience (which was the whole point of the day). The ladies were nice, the place reasonably clean, but I did not find the experience relaxing nor a good value. I don't think I'll be back.
