Love coming here! Sometimes the results of my nails vary so I just wished they were more consistent. My ANC came out great but my pedicure came out just average

The older lady in there is probably one of the most unprofessional and rude nail techs I’ve ever come across. She doesn’t listen nor follows instructions. Did my nails rushed and kept saying that she had an appointment after me (the person was not even there to begin with). Did my nails bumpy, left them with lots of ANC crust, uneven, missing powder in some places (ANC), and cut me multiple times. It was a simple short nail, white ANC and she could not get the job done.

i went to get my nails done here, and my ANC came out looking very bulky, uneven, crooked and disgusting. I came 10 minutes before my appointment but someone was already with the person i requested, so i ended up waiting almost an HOUR to sit down with someone (at one point i didnt care if the person i requested was available or not) My nails were rushed, and they looked like there were so many uneven layers of ANC powder on it. Two days later, because of how bad they looked, i took them off and now my actual nail beds has dents and ridges in them. Horrible experience, and horrible nails. will not be returning.
They also had some nerve to confidently charge me almost 70$ for this trash ANC set. Ofcourse i paid, but i know now to take my money elsewhere.

Kamille was the best pedicurist I have ever had! She is extremely attentive, catered to my every need, my pedicure lasted for a whole month! She even speaks English!!!!

They do OVERBOOKING.
Even though a woman who picked up our call in the morning accept the reservation, once we get there they just said there’s no reservation for me.
I showed a recents calling list, but they never accepted their MISTAKE.
Never even apologize.
It was my favorite nail store, so I recommend to my friends.
But I’ll never come back again.
