The lady dug at one of my toes for so long and I don’t know why. It looked cut and clean, I don’t know what she was trying to accomplish. It hurt really bad and has been hurting for a week now.
I put pressure on it the other day and puss came out. I just don’t understand why you would stab a pointed tool in the same spot and scrap over and over and not check to see if the customer is okay. I have a high pain tolerance but she didn’t seem like she was going to stop. I had to say something. This pain has been ridiculous and I’ve never had a pedicure go this bad anywhere else. Will not return.

They were closing at the same time I arrived. (40 minutes early). I went to open the door but it was locked already. I was acknowledged but I guess they didn't want my business that badly because they still closed. Boo.

The people were nice enough. They do not sterilize tools before use. The girl I had did not speak any English so did not understand that the water was cold. She did get a translation from on lady who did know English... I think they go too deep in the cuticle bed and she hurt me. When she realized it she stopped...they also use a razor on the bottom of your feet which I told her not to use and she understood and Just did the scrub. Overall not a fun and relaxing visit. I left there feeling stessed out and more tense than when I went in. At least my nails are shorter and have some color to them.

Never had my nails done, but they are AMAZING at waxing eyebrows!

Great place I've been going there about a year and a half almost 2 years. They are always friendly and reasonable on prices. We take my 6 year old step daughter there and they are always very accommodating with her request for different color on each finger and toes as well as different designs!!!! Great place!!!!
