Came in today to get my healthy nails taken off as they were all starting to lift (my pinky nail worse than the others) it was throbbing in pain and they took care of me and were very careful with that nail and made sure not to make it hurt more than it already did thank you so much!!

My daughter asked for the coffin shaped nails and the lady told her she doesn't know what that is. So we googled an image for her and showed her. Then she proceeded to say her nails were too small. My daughter is 16; same size nails as mine. She ended up cutting them and filling them to be coffin shaped. However, after she had an attitude and threw her nail file on her work station we almost walked out. Very unprofessional and very poor communication. She treated us like we were an inconvenience. We are paying customers. We were not rude to her. Treat people the way you want to be treated. My daughter and I will not be returning customers.

Worst experience I’ve ever had coming to this place. She was closed yesterday when I came to get a fill in and told me to come back at 9:30. I then stated I have have a funeral at 11 am so I won’t be able to make it. She tells me to come at 9 so I said fine. This morning I get to the nail salon there is an older lady walking around sweeping while I’m standing at door didn’t even care to open the door just keep walking past. It’s now 9:37 as I’m writing this they open at 9:30 and still no one comes to open the door. Will never go back again.

Poor quality. Thin acrylic. nails fell off like press on in a week. The shape of them was inconsistent to begin with and they don’t even know how to do designs they just use poorly made stickers

I've been going to this small family oriented salon for years, I've never had a bad experience. The workers are very nice and gentle with your hands and or feet. They're very will to fix any mistake that's possibly made. I would 100% recommend this to any of my friends or family members.
