I was so happy to find someone whose fills were good, except that Ty neglected some of the sides so my nails were sloppily showing from under the acrylic, and he hated that I mentioned it. He strives to finish in 30 minutes, but he only does fills and nothing else. No cuticles, no hand massage, not even hand cream! So you get a half a manicure for a full price. Pedi with LeLe was so unimpressive and boring, with Lana a little better, but still nothing special. This is not a luxurious experience, this is more like "fast food" and nothing like "fine dining," although they have no problem charging luxury prices. And Ty's workstation was always dirty with residue from his prior clients. I expect to sit at a clean station. When I left my hands looked awful. This is not a decent manicure experience. And you should have a high tolerance for "Friends" reruns because Ty is addicted to the show and watches it incessantly... while he does your nails.

I did not have a good experience with Diamond Nails. I called to make an appointment for around 12 pm and they asked me to come for 2 pm. When I showed up, they did not have my name written in the book and were not expecting me (though, they were expecting a "Michelle" and I think they just got my name wrong). The woman who did my nails was rude and kept telling me my nails were too short and was making phone calls from her cell phone. The salon looked nice and clean upon entering, but the station I was put at had remnants of someone else's nails and red nail polish on a paper towel and the woman who did my nails even used a DIRTY cuticle tool on me. After about 10 minutes, she noticed the paper towel we were using was dirty, but instead of throwing it away and getting a new one, she just dumped what was on it in the trash and placed it back down. Also, I got a french gel manicure and when she was finished, you could still see remnants of the polish color I had on prior to it underneath the pink gel! I will never go back here!
