I've been to this place probably 30 times in the last 10 years. Every experience I had was decent until today. I had a younger man do my pedicure and it was brutal. I had a pedicure 3 weeks ago so my toes shouldn't be that bad but he pulled and cut around my big toes so much that I bled and am still in pain 6 hours later. I've never wanted a pedicure to end so badly in my life. It was pure misery and sadly I'll never return because of him. Now I'm stuck tending to the wounds around my toes. If you go there, please request one of the lovely ladies!

Amazing service! I'm traveling and didn't have time to get my nails done before leaving town. Tom did an excellent job, was super pleasant, and was over the top helpful! He even gave me a ride back to my hotel so I didn't have to call a cab. Definitely recommend. Wish I had this back home!!

I found this place to be fine. I've been 5-6 times since July and keep returning because the work Heidi does is very good. She actually listens to what you want done instead of talking in another language to everyone in the place except you and making you feel like an awkward outsider like other places I've been. She also didn't charge me for breaking two of my nails a couple days after she did a fill and even touched up a couple others while she was at it.
Heidi has always honored my appointments and I've never had an experience with dirty equipment. The prices are a little on the high side for just a fill, but again - her actual work on your nails will be beautiful which makes it worth it to me. I will say - there are a couple young employees there that don't seem to know what they are doing. But if you make sure and go to Heidi you won't be disappointed.
