I got a pedicure with no polish. The cleanup of my feet, toenails and cuticles was amazing. A great massage and lots of dead skin removal. Can’t speak to any polishing skills but I will definitely go again for a cleanup.

I went in to get my gel acrylic nails removed. They were close to my house so I made an appointment to go there. When I first got there, the lady told she would get me water to get the nails softened, which she never did, and then came back to literally use an utensil to RIP the acrylics off of my nails, which was very uncomfortable and painful. She had to cut the tips with a nail clipper to make it easier, so at the end my nails were all uneven. She did a quick file but I literally had pieces of my nail hanging off and all uneven, as you can see in the pictures. On the right hand you can still see some color on my nail from the acrylics. I kindly pointed it out to her and she said she couldn’t take it off, it would come off in a few days. So I went through a painful method to get them off, my nails were all uneven at the end, there was still come color from the acrylics left on my nails, and there was a piece of my thumb nail hanging off of it.

I scheduled a pedicure for me and my friend. We got there and they didn’t start working on my friend for almost 25 minutes. There were parts of the place that were dirty. Then they gave my friend a hot stone massage but not me. Then the polish on my big toe looks horrible,
