Everyone is friendly customer service is great I been going for 3 months now. Everything is consistent, neat and clean. I highly recommend lily to be your nail tech she can do everything. She takes pride in her work and very detail orientated.

They only get a 2-star review because the decor is nice. I went there for a full-set and a pedicure, paid $80 total and STILL had to go home and scrub my own feet because they were so poorly done. The guy who did my nails did not understand English for the most and was not up to date on anything new going on in the nail world. He cut up my cuticles so badly they started bleeding and he ignored me when I told him he was hurting me. He polished my nails and half of them don't go to the corners and the corners of my nails and underneath my nails are full of acrylic and is jagged and messy. First and last time going to this place. The nail industry is dominated by people who don't take pride in their work and can barely understand what customers are saying. Time for a change.

I got dip brow two weeks ago today. After ONE WEEK my nails were cracking and falling apart. I couldn’t come back until today to get them fixed, and when I came in, Vanny told me it was because it had been two weeks and my nails had grown. That isn’t the case. They had already been falling apart the week prior and I found out today that the reason why was because Nyla did my nails and she is still new and learning. So my nails falling apart has nothing to do with my nails growing. I’ve gotten dip powder plenty of times before and even after FOUR weeks my nails have never looked this bad. I was so irritated that Vanny tried to blame them looking this bad on my nail growth, that I just got up and left. I will never return!

I got a manicure ($45) and also received a nice CUT ON THE SIDE OF MY LEFT FOOT and a small nick on my right big toe . . . BOTH BLED!!! The tech never apologized . . put some sort of antiseptic on the areas, all the while speaking to her colleagues in their native language!!! I took a photo of both feet . No tip was given . . . can you blame me!!!? And no offer of a discount or anything for my "pain/suffering" . . . I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!! BTW one of the male techs told me I should put a band-aide on it!

This place is often a hit or miss for me. I have had really great technicians and I've also had technicians who rushed through my nails in order to get to another customer. My most recent experience was pretty decent, but since I haven't found a better place near home to go, I'll likely go back.
