I had been going to KC Nails and was treated in a manner that I left and decided to find a new place to get my nails done. It surprised me that they would treat a regular that way but it turned out for the best because I found this place which is now called Apple Nails. It was love at first try. I was seated and seen right away and the man that did my nails was so nice and I understood everything we talked about. He did a wonderful job and I felt he wanted to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. This was such a great experience and so much better service compared to KC Nails that Apple Nails has now received a loyal good paying customer. Also they were cheaper and the salon was clean and well decorated. Thank you Apple Nails and goodbye KC Nails.

The name is now Apple Nails, and i had never noticed the place until today when 3 of my gels nails came off that i had got done when i tried Elite nails. (they did awful on my previous gel fill!) I was going to go back to Elite so they could see what had happened but it was about 5 and I realized nail salons close on sundays around that time. I called Elite and explained that my nails had lifted so bad that 3 came off pretty much completely, the woman seemed uninterested and said to go in tomorrow! Obviously too busy to repair the relationship with a potentially loyal customer had they understood that i felt the situation of very obviously missing 3 nails and my real nails being paper thing and ripping off was an emergency.
Anyways, called Apple Nails and they immediately said they would stay open for me without hearing the case, i got there and a man did my nails and cared about giving great service! He certainly delivered and was an excellent conversationalist as well. He stressed that if anything happened to my nails to go back and they would fix any issues for me. He matched the price of my regular place in Eden Prairie and truly has become my new most favorite person to get my nails done by.
I am so happy to have found this hidden gem! My nails look AMAZING and im 1,000% satisfied with it all! He replaced the 3 nails, filled, and polished in a little over an hour, good things take time and I have found my new paradise!
