I visited on a "slow" day & was the only customer; I requested both a manicure & pedicure and, as is most often the case, my pedicure was started, first. Within the next 15 minutes, other customers arrived & were assigned technicians, which meant by the
time my pedicure was finished, I was now, somehow, the last customer & expected to wait for my requested manicure.
What added insult to injury was, my pedicure was nearly finished & the technician, who was in the process of removing the acetone soaked cotton from my nails, in preparation of my manicure, stopped doing so when another customer arrived & started to service that customer; after a few minutes of working with the other customer, the technician returned to me & said the foil wasn't ready to be removed. Really? When that wasn't the case, just a few minutes before...
I removed the foil & cotton, paid for the subpar pedicure and left to spend my money, elsewhere, with better customer service.

Kind of a hole in the wall store. Great customer service and great price. Jade is amazing.

The worst salon experience I have ever had before I got my nails done the tech who was the one to help me named Rachel basically argued with me because I wanted regular polish and not gel and this continue for 5 minutes until I finally told her i want what I want and end of conversation. While she was doing my nails she cut me several times, I was literally bleeding. She had the nerve to tell me that it was ok it was nothing and not to worry while the entire time i was telling her it was burning she just continued to work as she did. She also charged me for things that are supposed to be a part of a manicure which was cuticle cutting and shaping my nails. In total i paid $60 for a job I was not happy very disappointed with the service and will never retyrn and will tell everyone that i know never to visit the Complex Nail and Spa

Customer service excellent. These ladies take their time to do a perfect and professional job.
