Came in about allowing about an hour and a half before I knew I would need to leave to make it to a wedding party. They were slightly busy, but not too bad. I waited patiently and got put in a chair about 20 min after the 15 min they said it would be and then once they got my feet in water the lady disappeared. After they could tell I kept looking at the clock they all started speaking about me in another language (obvious is was about me, because finally a lady approached me and asked if I was in a hurry) I said yes a bit but it's okay I think I should be good as long as we get started pretty quick. THEN she cut my toe nail in HALF! And got irritated with me when I said I would just like a polish change at this point because I don't want to cut it too close and didn't say outloud that now I'm missing half a toe nail! Omg! So then she acts like she is going to start painting them with polish remnece still on my nails and all normal length except one super short one! So I kindly ask her if she would take the rest of the polish off first and cut them down all the same length so they look ok and got another round of everyone talking about me in another language...
I know that they are busy people working and have other people to attend to but if they would be honest about the wait and upfront about if they're starting or simply starting water to make me feel a bit better about it taking so long. If they could not have gotten to me and let me know that upfront I would have been more okay with the situation then what I wound up with and the experience I had. Butchered toenail and gossip in another language...yeah don't think I'll ever be going back!

My neighbor knew I was going to Walmart and she asked if I wouldn't mind giving her daughter a ride so she could get her nails done. I said sure.
While the girl is getting her nails done I'm shopping. When I'm finished I go back to the salon. They were almost done and I was looking at her nails thinking they're kind of thick and wide on the pink part of her nails.
I asked about that and the woman said she wasn't finished. I didn't give it a second thought after that.
On the way home the girl kept picking on her nails & I said what is wrong?...she replies there's acrylic is on my skin.
☆I asked what she meant & she said the lady never cleaned up the edges of her nails so the acrylic went over & on to her skin. ☆This was causing her pain.
I told her I would take her back but she said her mother would do it.
☆The nails were a mess they were too thick (we asked for a natural look),.
☆the woman pushed the acrylic onto her skin on most of her nails and she cut her twice and made her bleed.
☆Also the woman was NOT CERTIFIED.
I state this as an assumption because we asked her about schooling and how long it took and the certification process and she did not say a word "on anything" and we asked her twice (and yes she spoke/understood English).
This only the second time I've been to this place because the first time I went and it was horrible period I have personally not been back in over 10 years. I am just sorry that this girl had to experience terrible service too.
