After having the same nail tech for 10 years I was forced to try a new place/tech.
Nancy came highly recommended, and she was very polite and welcoming. This visit was first trying this technique with layered acrylics. I like a very smooth, slim finish. The transition isn't perfect, so shaping is slightly off but not greatly visible and my nail edges and cuticles could be cleaning.
Attention to detail is very important to me.
However, I will be returning. With more clients Thank you Nancy.

First time I went the lady was amazing. The next time I went the lady was trash. She did what she wanted not what I asked for. I even asked for designs. $5 per finger just for it to look like a child glued jewels on my nails. Now six days later my nails look like garbage. The nails are not even either

They were very polite, but my nails were not how I explained that I wanted them. I explained more than once and after 2-3 attempts of the guy trying they were still not how I requested.

Quality of the products they use are not that good. I went there after my original nail tech at a nail spa in Arlington was out sick, so I was out running errands and stopped at this place. Quick service, but I could tell from the application that it was not quality products being used.

The staff here is ok. But when you get a pedicure you would expect that part of the job is cuticle removal that is an extra 5 dollars
