Overall quality is great.Waited about an hour after appointment time because I waited for one particular person(Julie?)You can't come to a nail shop and expect to be catered to 100% a lot of the reviews on here expect that and forget there are other people in the world.I see a lot of complaints about the employees attitudes, but you have to understand a lot of the people they have to deal with all day.Employees are human too. Anyways great job and I didnt see anything sketchy or dirty.I do mechanic work on the side so my nails and skin surround are always trashed they did an awesome job and a week later they still look great

I like the way they do nails. The only thing I don't like is that there's roaches 😣 I went in this morning and I was getting my nails done and the roaches were crawling all over the area.
Don't get me wrong I mean summer is approaching buggies will start to come out... But in a nail shop!?
Makes me think is the stuff sanitized 😢?

Nails are nice but as stated by other customers, they’re extremely rude! One previous writer said, “Employees are people too.”and I totally understand that , however we are paying for these services and most of the time,the customers are friendly. I’ve observed them laughing and talking about people in their language as well as being rude when a customer ask for a certain look or style. With me being a nurse, I couldn’t imagine a patient coming in for care and I’m telling them their symptoms ( instead of listening) and laughing and talking about them in their face. The owner should have them take some classes or training on how to deal with the public and I’m sure the business would do even better than before. I like the variety of looks they offer and the cost is not to bad but I can’t stomach the bad customer service they provide...

I've been coming here for 4 years & it's under new ownership. The quality isn't as good anymore & the place is sometimes a bit dirty. Customers, who've been coming here longer than me, no longer come here because they now get overcharge for very minimal work. The nails still look good most of the time. I feel bad because I really love this place, they used to be the best nail salon I've ever gone to, but sadly they've kind of gone downhill.

Love this place. Fast service to get to your seat, quick on their work whilst doing a great job on detail. Going back to my girl Nina.
