I was told to come in, due to no wait, but when I was sat down it took a nail technician almost 20 minutes to even start. I felt pressured to get Shellac when I just wanted a simple fill and color. I had to tell her more than three times that I did not want shellac. She still did a poor job at coloring my nails, and it looks like I had my nails done a week ago. Then she charged me $10 over the normal price for a simple fill and color.

Staff is kind and helpful, all of their tools are sterilized in an autoclave, they do great work. I love their dip manicures.

Able to walk right in and get nails done. Very happy with my nails. Will be returning

Great service! Estheticians we're attentive, kind, and good with their hands. Felt very cared for. Clean establishment, good atmosphere, bright. I'll be going back. I received better service here than the other nearby places. My daughter who is 7 was also treated well. Thanks.

Friendly Staff. Clean and serene. They autoclave their instruments for sterility. Always happy with how my nails look with the shellac and how long they last. The only reason I give 4 stars is because of the wait time. Make an appointment for sure. They should have more technicians there on the weekends and evenings. Otherwise I would highly recommend. Beats all of the other nail places in Ann Arbor by far
