It took 1 1/2 hrs to get a new set of acrylic nails and they charged me $50. I was shocked. Managers were gone on vacation. I was on my lunch hour. Way too long to get them done. And they were crooked. But I had to get back to work. I have not gone back.

Came in once while in search of a new go-to nail salon. Got a gel French manicure and my whole experience was just ok. Quality was ok. Very quiet shop, reasonably priced. Customer service is ok but they didn’t really take time to get to know me, just work on me then on to the next kind of thing. Wasn’t wowed enough for them to make an impression on me.

I was overcharged the last 2 times I've gone there! The first time I got the basic $22 pedicure and got gel polish for an additional $5. The second time I went in, they told me it's $22 plus $5 to remove gel polish and $5 for new gel polish for a total of $32. They told me to get the Deluxe pedicure with wax and massage and the extra $10 for removing and getting new gel polish was included. They charged me $32 for the Deluxe and removed and gave me new gel. Today I went in and asked for the Deluxe pedicure and to remove and get new gel polish. When it came time to check out, she charged me $42 and told me it was an extra $10 for gel removal and new polish! I explained that they charged me $32 last time and it was included, but she argued with me and charged me $42 anyway. They try to upsell then they gouge you with the price. Don't go here.
