I am so happy right now that my friend recommended me to her salon “Michel Rene Salon & Spa.” Michel Rene carefully listened and did what I needed in my hair to look and feel fabulous. The overall experience has been wonderful. His staff is super friendly. I love my new salon. I totally recommend it!

I have always gone to any barbershop near to me but I found this Salon in google and wanted to give it try. Michel did a great job with my hair and his staff is great. I found my new hair stylist!

I came to this salon for a groupon on a keratin treatment. I have had a keratin express in the past so i knew what to expect and how my hair reacts to the treatment - very well.
I managed to get an appointment with Michel pretty quickly. When i arrived at the salon, Michel wasn't even there. He was about 15-20 minutes late. Should have been my first red flag.
My hair length was all the way down my back, past my bra band. He said he would cut off 2 1/2 inches, but i guess he can't measure because he cut off 6 inches of hair. He is also extremely rough with the comb. I read reviews of him scraping the comb/brush through a client's head and it being really painful and i thought they were just tender headed. They were not exaggerating.
To top it off, he did NOT do the keratin treatment properly. I've seen 2 other stylists since then, both confirming there is no keratin in my hair even though Michel said this one was the 2nd best and would last a while.
Please please DO NOT waste your money or risk losing inches of hair to save money. This salon is a joke.
The only redeeming quality is that his staff tried to make the experience pleasant but the salon has this outdated feel to it and i would never go back. I am very disappointed with my experience here.
