Most horrible and unprofessional place ever !!!! I set an appointment for a blow out @6:30pm when I got there the person who was doing my hair was finishing up another client . Ok no big deal but then she took a break and when she got back 6:40pm she started another lady hair ..... mind you my appointment was @6:30pm. So I ended up waiting a whole hour for my turn and still wasn’t able to get my hair done. Went to the front disk and said I couldn’t wait any longer. Only thing the girl at the desk said was sorry would you like to reschedule? ..... ummm no I’m gud never again will I ever in my life go back and I encourage others to don’t even waste their time.

A friend asked me where they could get a sew-in done for an affordable price. I ONLY suggested Kenneth Schuler because I knew that they had experienced stylists that would walk around and supervise students while they're with clients. However, my friend's experience was a disaster. Most cosmetologists will ask you how you want your hair done. The stylist my friend had just began sewing in the hair and on top of that put the hair around her neck ( not very hygienic). Then she began cutting the sew-in at uneven lengths and left the front of her hair unsecured and just flipped pieces of the top hair over as if it was going to lay flat as a bang. Then to add to insult they began giving out discount cards to the clients and even though this was her 1st time there they didn't bother to give her one. At checkout they also increased the price even though she confirmed the price the day she made the appointment. My recommendation to this school is to make sure that they stress to their stylists that they need to do their best to satisfy their clients requests. I sent my friend to them bc I thought they could handle a simple sew-in, but no. Stick to YouTube tutorials and SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I have been lightening my hair for about a year and went in to fix a few issues that have snowballed. I had some dark patches in the back of my hair and 1 inch roots.
I didn't wait too long before a very eager student approached and we got started. Alecia was amazing! I showed her some photos and we talked out a plan. She matched me with the right swatch and the instructor double checked to make sure we were good to go. She was very careful and attentive to detail. She made sure I didn't over process. Then she put a toner on my hair. She was very friendly and all around a great stylist. After having the toner rinsed, my hair naturally retained a lot of purple tones, so I had an additional wash which ultimately turned my hair a slight pink (I didn't mind because my hair retains color very well, it's hard to work with, I loved the pastel anyways) after one wash, it rinsed out and my hair was exactly what I wanted it to be! I've received so many compliments!
The whole process took about 5 hrs and Alecia maintained such a great attitude the whole time. She did amazing for a student that is still quite new.
Just remember they are still students so expect to be in the chair longer than usual. Also, make sure to tip generously- I mean you are getting a style at a discount, spend a little more to make a students day.
I will definitely be making an appointment here in the future.

Good for prices and super friendly staff, but you may have to wait to be seated for certain hair styles, since not all stylist know how to do all styles. I got here at 9, but didn't get a seat until 9:30 and I was the 1st customer in the building.

Called and asked the price for a wash blow dry and flat iron $40. Can't do it.
