I ended up coming here with my girlfriend to get a mani pedi . And man i must say i absolutely loved it , the Atmosphere , how sanitary it was , and the people working there were so kind and amazing to talk to . Most places i go to most of the workers do not speak english , it isnt really a deal breaker. But everyone in this salon spoke english and we held amazing conversations . If you come here you not only get top notch service , but you also get to speak to amazing human beings . I recommend this place to everyone i know !

professional and friendly , a little bit pricier than your normal nail salons but totally worth it. Very clean and sanitary as well. Great customer service comes along way. John by far is awesome.

Number one the prices are ridiculous went in for a regular pedi and a acrylic full set that ran me $75. I went in on a Wednesday because I had a wedding on Saturday. My big toe nail polish was chipped by Saturday and a second on Sunday. The quality of the full set was very poor. The shape was uneven and didn’t match on both hands. The nails were filed very thin and the thumb cracked so low that it bled on Saturday morning just from getting dressed. This is not the first time I’ve been there and was unhappy with my full set, but I was desperate because my regular nail tech was on vacation. I would not recommend them for acrylic sets or pedicures. They probably do ok with gel manicures.

I drive almost an hour to get to Venus Nail Spa because they are the best. The salon is clean and the staff is friendly and professional. I have been getting my nails done there for about 8 years now. And have recommended Venus to many people. I can't say enough great things about the staff and service.

Have been going to this establishment for years now and have always had a good experience. That is until yesterday. I called at 12pm to see if i can come in for a mani and pedi and was told to come in at 4:15pm. I had an event to go to at 6pm, but I figured I'd be out in time to go home and change. Well, I arrived at 4:12pm and was told to have a seat. After 45 min I realized I was only going to have enoughh time for a mani and then waited an additional 10 minutes before I left so upset and dissapointed because I was fed up with being ignored. I ended up going to the party without a manicure, being that I didn't have time to go elsewhere, thanks to their unprofessional service. They weren't even the slightest bit apologetic, they could have cared less. There was even someone who walked in a half hour after I wase waiting who was sat and tended to. It wasn't even busy. I will NEVER go back there again.
