My daughter and I arrived at 3:45 on a Thursday without an appointment and signed in. You all were VERY busy, so I asked someone immediately how long it would be and was told 5 minutes. We were quickly seated in the pedicure chairs. People started coming in, some with appointments, some without (I listened for their answers when the workers asked them.) I inquired 2 more times how long the wait would be since people were coming in with appointments, and was quoted 10 minutes each time, once the girl worker I asked even asked a man working there and specified that he was almost done. After sitting in the pedicure chairs, where we were told to sit by a worker, for 45 minutes, we were asked to GET UP because others had appointments. I waited 50 minutes total, was told to sit in the pedicure chair, and inquired 3 times of the wait time, never told more than 10 minutes, to then be asked to get back up!!! Not to mention, there were people who signed in after is without an appointment who were not asked to get up. We were simply in the 1st and 2nd chairs and the lady asked us first, without referring to the check in times. While I understand people had appointments, it is the business's responsibility to know what appointments are scheduled, quote a proper time based on those appointments, and once you've seated a client, you should NEVER ask them to get back up. That was the business's mistake, not ours. It was very poor practice. If you had simply told me when I first arrived and asked how long before we could be serviced that there were several appointments scheduled, and it would be an hour, I would have came back, but because of the poor business etiquette and audacity to ask us to get up after YOU sat us, I will not return to your place of business. There are plenty of other nail salons in Crestview.

I was in town visiting about a month ago and came in to get my nails done. They're probably the best set I've ever had!!! Even a month later they still look good, just in dire need of a fill. The young lady that did them said she had moved from TX where she had owned several salons and I believe it!!!! Rana gave my gf the best pedicure too!!! Just amazing service!! I'll be back in December and bet your bottom dollar I'll be in!!!

Language barrier causes some issues when working with specific nail techs. They are very busy, so service is occasionally rushed, which has resulted in pitted nails and wrong colors being put on for me. When I'm paying $75 dollars, that puts a frown on my face. One good thing is that they are extremely friendly! Also, offering more affordable choices instead of rushing people to choose and making $20-$30 upgrades when the work is already done, isn't good customer service. Several times I've been in for a fill and didn't realize I was being charged extra because of their process. I will pay for extra, but KNOWING my options make me much happier, rather than just assuming I won't make compromises to keep my budget in mind.

Came here for my daughter. The owner/manager is horrible, I'll never come here again. Extremely rude!
