Got a gift certificate for my birthday for a mani/pedi so made an appointment and went in. The young girl that did my pedi was sweet and thorough.Then I had to go to the owner, Tina, because I wanted acrylics and she was the only one that did them. I suppose she was pleasant enough (almost) but she cute me twice and never said a word about it and didn't take anything off the price for cutting me. Because I didn't pay extra to let my nails dry under their lamps I had to hold my nails in front of a fan that stood on her desk. Unprofessional to say the very least. Go back for fill ins? No thank you very much!

Don't waste your time. The woman didn't even know what an almond shape was.... Had to explain it to her and ended up just going for a round shape. *sigh* she's the only one in there that knows how to do acrylics. How's that possible? All the other girls had there backs facing the door... Very rude. The woman doing my nails, She was rushing through as if she was trying to get it done so fast, she was on her phone the entire time with BOTH headphones in.. I can do with you talking to someone but at least have the decency to have ONE headphone in so that you can talk to your costumer .. She rushed through the nail polish so in the sun you can see the streaks & everything. At the end, they came out decent but I wasn't happy with the process at all, and for 40?! Yeah, I'm going to stick to lucky'S in riverhead cause I love it there! Awesome staff. This was just a last minute last option place and will definitely not go there again. No wonder they're always empty!

Tina is always so sweet I just wish the place was a little more up to date and a little more up to par in the cleanliness department. The service is always great though.

The only place in the area that does acrylics. They are horrible at making them look natural. They are rough and unsympathetic. They are the most expensive place for nails with the worse job. I actually go to riverhead to Vivi nails, to get great pricing and work!!

I wish I could do negative stars here but I can't i did gel and omg they ruined it....and they didn't even make them look real, I asked her to make a design and she made them so ugly looking I had to put some other color on top to make it look ok....probably why someone else I know stopped going but whatever......awful
