Ginger has been my hairdresser for almost THIRTY years now. She also does my two daughters, my mom, and my sister who travels from Memphis just to let her cut her hair. Ginger is efficient, up-to-date with the styles and very receptive to any ideas for your hair. Also, New Creations always has a great selection of hair products and make-up. The staff at New Creations has always been very friendly and helpful. Wonderful place to go for your hair and nails!

I really enjoy the atmosphere of this salon. Everyone is friendly and professional. Jennifer Beasley is a fantastic stylist. She can help you choose a look that is perfect for needs and desires. I highly recommend a visit New Creations.

Natalie makes miracles happen. I wish I could say that about the front desk customer service. After waiting 4 days to finally get the appointment booked; I was called 30 minutes before the appointment to get notified that she was running a bit behind so I would need to reschedule. When asking if I could come in a bit later they said no. Would not work with me what so ever. They even took it as far as saying that they were going to have to move everyone’s time today. Which we all know is not the truth. If you want to be called 30 minutes before your appointment, (that you have arranged your whole day around) to be told you need to reschedule then I HIGHLY recommend you choose another salon. They singled me out and I will NOT be back.

Worst haircut of my life. The layers aren’t tapered at ALL. Not what I asked for. I’m so sad about this because I grew my hair out for so long in order to get some nice layers and Mary ruined my hair. Stay away from this place. None of the people who work there seem to know what they’re doing. I heard them huddled in the corner after they bleached some woman’s hair to death and she was in tears and the stylist said she had used too much of something accidentally to another stylist. STAY AWAY!

I just moved to Tuscaloosa. I read the wonderful reviews about Natalie, and they weren't wrong! She gave me am amazing haircut. She is an excellent communicator! She fully discussed what I wanted and showed me pictures before she even began. Thank-you!
