I will never come here again. I came to get dip nails, which I have had done several times, and I was not pleased. When she first started instead of soaking my nails and trimming the cuticle, the woman was pushing my cuticles back with her own nails, and insisted that I didn’t need a manicure. Then when she started to dip the nails into the powder, she dipped them about 5 times. Because she did it so many times, the nail was super thick. It was about two credit cards thickness on top of my natural nail. They were super lumpy and uneven. I did tell her to file them down some more because they were to thick, but she only slightly filed them down. She did not even out the lumpiness and kept them super thick. After about 30 minutes of leaving the salon the top coat was peeling off completely.
I’m not normally the type of person to complain, because I work with the public as well, but this quality is unacceptable.
I have been here a few times before and have liked the results when the old manager owned the salon.
I tried to call and get a refund because I live out of town and would not have time for them to fix it before I leave, and to be honest I don’t trust them to touch my nails anymore, and the manager didn’t understand that I would not be able to come back to get them fixed, and refused to give my money back. Overall horrible experience! I will never come back, and I would never recommend this place to anyone!

I love this salon! Trish and her team are the most accommodating and caring professionals. The facility is immaculate. This is by far the best nail salon I have been to, and I have been to numerous places. the cleanliness is the best i have seen and the service is second to none.

This little shop is truly a gem! I'm from out of town and was looking for a place to get a manicure. The prices are very reasonable and everyone was so friendly. My nails looked beautiful! Next time I'm nearby I'm going to get a mani-pedi.
