I’ve been going to this place for years and I have only had a few minor issues. However, I regret to say I will not be patronizing Autumn Nails anymore. This Saturday was my homecoming dance, and I went in at 11:15 and asked for a fill. I was told to come back in half an hour and to leave my phone number and they would call me. It was about an hour later and I still hadn’t heard anything. I came back at 12:15 and there was a larger wait than was before! I told the lady when I came in I had visited and asked for a fill earlier and they sat me down at a table. No one was available to service me until the lady next to me got up to pick a polish color. Her technician (I believe her name was Naomi) started drilling the polish off of my nails. When she got to my thumb, it was crumbly looking and yellow. She told me that we could do the fill and then I could come back the next day to take off the fake nails and I could buy medicine and put it on. I was NOT about to spend $40 on a fill for only one night! So I asked Naomi if I could just take off the nails then. So she took another fake nail and popped off my nails. She tore off parts of my nail and split one to the point where it bled. Then the woman she was working on came back so I was left to soak off the rest of the bleeding nail in acetone. Then another tech (I believe Annie was her name) finished with her customer and took me to her station. She drilled off the rest of the fake nails and color and told me my discolored thumb nail was perfectly fine. She then called Annie over and the two spoke loudly to one another and I can only guess they were talking about my mutilated nails and whether or not they were fine. So Annie then painted my nails with regular polish and I sat with my hands in the dryer. The owner came and talked to Annie and then she left the store before I finished drying and could ask about my thumb. I don’t know if she went on a lunch break or was dismissed by the owner for the day. Then I took my nails out to make sure they were okay and they were wrinkled! So I asked Naomi if there was someone who could fix them and she did. Apparently Annie put on the top coat before the color was dry. All the while when talking about my thumbs I was told it was my fault for not coming back every two weeks. I have gone longer than I did with this set before and have had no problems with my nails at all. And not for nothing, not everyone has $40+ to spend every two weeks! The prices are ridiculous! Anyways, Naomi only out on the color. I was moved to another table because Naomi took someone for a fill. Then the owner came over to put on my top coat. I complained and was told she was “so sorry about that”. When I checked out, it was 2:00. I was charged $15 for a color change, but they gave me a $5. I had half a mind to say I wasn’t paying for anything. It just didn’t feel like they cared for the customer as an individual as they used to. I have since taken off the polish and applied anti-fungal medication as a precaution and strengthening treatments to help my nails recover. Again, I’m very disappointed in their service and regret to say that I won’t be one of their regulars anymore. (The photo I’ve included is my nail that was filed too much to the point where it’s raw. Unacceptable.)

I’ve been here 2x. and so far my experience has been great! Annie has done my nails , and she is the best. I showed her a picture of what I had in mind , and she absolutely nailed it ( no pun intended) ! Coming back soon!!

I went here looking to get my nails done for a wedding I was attending. I got both a manicure and pedicure. They did a good job painting my nails but am disappointed with the results. The paint looked fine when it was wet but after it had dried my nails look cracked and have already started to chip the same day. I had asked for something that would last and wouldn’t chip.

Was looking for a new place and wandered in and immediately was impressed with how clean and how big how fast and efficient they were. Definitely going back. the prices are very competitive.

My fill took a very long time despite not having to wait to be seated. Overall the fill took 1 hour 40 minutes. That being said, I am not happy that there are nails that are crooked and not filed right. Slightly disappointing.
