Super upset with the service in this salon. You get what you pay for.
My nails came out worse than if I would’ve done it. The lady continued to get up and use her phone, stopped and had long conversations with other workers.
It was my first time there. The person at the front grab my card charged me without permission while I was grabbing my stuff. when I asked to leave tip, he claimed that because he already charged me. he would have to charge me again to add the tip but he would have to charge me an extra dollar. I had a terrible experience at the salon. By far the worst customer service I’ve experienced.

Come here every 3 weeks to do my nails because they last that long! I have been doing my nails here for about 2 years and I’ll never cheat on them, super friendly staff, always a good vibe in there. If you have an issue with spanish speakers, don’t go. It’s the middle of westchester so the spanglish is at full force lol. Also, remember to bring cash for tip :)

I've gone here a number of times already and I absolutely love it. $28 for Gel mani and regular pedi is unheard of and since I've started going, there selection in colors has only grown. I love the casual, laid back atmosphere as it makes me feel really comfortable. For best experience, you should know that:
1) They seem to only take tips in cash
2) They are pretty strict on appointment times as it's a pretty busy location and you shouldn't be more than ten minutes late, though they try to accommodate you as best they can if you're late or a walk-in. I've been a walk-in maybe 5 times or so, and they managed to squeeze me in 4 of those times, usually mid-week.
3) They speak both English and Spanish. If you are not comfortable with people speaking Spanish around you, don't come here.

This salon has the best of worker's Miami as to offer, get your most beautiful hairstyles done by gladys also your nails and feet done with the best manicurist luly and others, good job guys.

Great place and the reviews are funny as the last reviewer stated. Friendly and great customer service, and I was very happy with my outcome! My nails came out lovely.
