- They have just remodeled, more spacious now!
-The staff is nice and amicable.
-As a customer you can use their Wi-Fi.
-They have air- conditioning.
-Comfortable beds for when you're getting your eyebrows waxed and massaging chairs available upon request.

Get Helen to do your eyelashes only Helen. I've been going there for 2 years and I know what I'm talkin about the rest of them try to do like Helen but they will have your eyes burning with glue if she's not in don't get them did by nobody else call first and see if Helen is in. Helen is out sick so if you need your nails and eyelashes did go to the Queen Nails at 622 East Manchester get the lady named New York to do your nails and eyelashes. She's from New York. She has her pictures of her work in a photo album. She does my cat eyelashes really good just like helen used to do. Tell New York Renee sent you. 🤗

This establishment is a disgrace to all other nail salons. So unprofessional and bad quality of the way they left my nails. Jenny Had no idea what she was doing and after I see the results of my nails I was upset. They cut me in almost all my fingers worried about getting an infection. And after I complained they had the audacity to lock me inside. Had to call the police. What a terrible experience never again will I ever reccomend this place. I dont know who ever gave them their license. Manager could not even apologize for what his employees or experience.

I went about a week ago, it was my first time there. A friend of mine recommended the place and I was willing to give it a try. The lady that helped me was nice and although the place looked unhygienic I decided to get my nails done. It's been exactly seven days and my gel nails are chipping. I'm not happy.
