Called to make appointment.. I was there a few days before and decided to return to get another service done. The boss told me next time I call to schedule to get my nails done she’s going to tell me “no.” I never cause a problem when I go here and even tell people to go there even though they are extremely over price. How can you be upset because someone want to get another service in the same week. That’s bringing in money to your business. Just lazy and rude. I refuse to ever go there again.

I don’t understand the posts about bad service. I have had just the opposite. They try very hard to accommodate their customers and I’ve never had a bad service there. Sunny does my nails just the way i like them. Great place.

Jenny always does an amazing job on my nails! Super friendly staff. This is a stellar example of how a business should be ran!!

Just moved to Bluffton and went to this salon. Worst mani and pedi I have ever received. Staff unfriendly. Lady at front in charge was rude and unfriendly. I asked for a mani pedi with dip nails. The pedicure was terrible . The mani with dip nails consisted of a guy sitting down smelling of a freshly smoked cigarette. Slapped the dip polish. Wrote the cost ($41) on a sliver of paper. He told me to wash my hands, then got up and walked away telling me my receipt was on the table. No lotion...not a drop, no cuticle clean up, NOTHING. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I spent over $90..with tips..I feel like I got totally ripped off. I am sure there is Better in Bluffton!!!

I had a “dip” done not even 2 weeks ago and was told by the nail tech that it would last for about 4 weeks. I was charged $50 for this service, but received a cash discount, which I did appreciate. The technician was very rude the entire time and on top of it, 2 nails have completely come off already. I called the salon and because the tech is on vacation they are unwilling to fix my nails without charging me a fee of $10 and told me my nails came off because of something I did. I DO NOT recommend using H’allure nails. I will take my business elsewhere.
