One employee was particularly rude and we were told that a 5$ tip wasn’t enough for a 30$ service. Nail polish application was terrible for both my friend and I and we got kicked out as soon as the polish was applied because they were closing... so it obviously got messed up. I’m usually pretty understanding but this was a really bad experience. Should’ve gone elsewhere.

Everyone is so nice, the massage chairs are comfy, and I got a great mani/pedi with lots of extra massage. Very relaxing! I'm not very femmy, and I appreciate getting a relaxing manicure that looks nice, with no pressure to get nail polish.

Add services without informing you that they are extra. Massage is included everywhere else so it was ridiculous. They skipped us in line and helped someone else and they take more customers then they have staff. Awful, pissed I went there and paid that much.
